Clearing this site's data in your browser brings the banner back. Nothing happens to your coins — they are held on the account and return with you at sign-in.
You must be 19 or over to use Russet Pier. The coins are virtual, hold no monetary value, and there is no way to buy, sell, withdraw or exchange one. Nothing is for sale, no prize has real-world value, and doing well here says nothing at all about real-money gambling.
