1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of russetpier.com ("Russet Pier", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of russetpier.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

Russet Pier is intended only for users aged 19 or over. By using it you confirm you are 19 or over.

3. Virtual coins

  • Coins are issued free; none of them was ever paid for.
  • They are worth nothing in money terms and are neither credit nor property.
  • Buying, selling, withdrawing, transferring and exchanging are all impossible: not for cash, not for goods, not for services, not for prizes.
  • Nothing of real-world value is given away as a prize.
  • We may change or clear coins, levels and features whenever we need to.

4. No real-money gambling

Russet Pier does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your account

  • You need a free account to play. One account per person; do not share it.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if someone else has used your account.
  • If you sign in with Google, keeping that Google account secure is your responsibility, and you confirm the 19+ requirement here in the same way.
  • You may delete the account whenever you like, from your account page. Deletion is immediate and final.
  • We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site or that we believe belongs to someone under 19.
  • Coins, levels and jobs are features of the account, not property of yours, and can be reset.

6. Acceptable use

Interfering with the site, running bots or scripts against it, offering to trade coins, and letting an underage person play are all prohibited.

7. Availability and liability

What you see is what is provided, "as is", and any part may be altered or taken away. A malfunction voids the plays and the pays it touched. Nothing written here reduces a liability that cannot lawfully be reduced, and your rights under statute are untouched by it.

8. Law

Ontario law governs these terms, along with the federal laws of Canada that apply in the province.
